Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric attitude with a positive and professional approach. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Voice Process. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
