About Lyros Technologies: Lyros Technologies is seeking dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representatives to join our international voice and non-voice process teams in Bangalore. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels (email, chat). Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory. For freshers, a salary of 3.9 LPA is offered. For experienced candidates, a salary range of 4 to 4.5 LPA is provided. Graduation is mandatory for all applicants. Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
