Maintain timely follow-ups, update customer interactions accurately, and move qualified leads through the sales process. Coordinate with internal sales, site, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Arrange property visits, address routine queries, and support customers until closure or handover to the relevant team. Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to business growth through professional service. Requirements Experience in customer relationships, customer success, post-sales, real estate coordination, hospitality, or another high-consideration service environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and relevant local languages. Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, documentation workflows, and structured reporting. Ability to coordinate payment, legal, and registration processes with accuracy and discretion. A customer-first approach with the confidence to interact with prospects and stakeholders.
