Responsibilities Interact with customers through phone, digital channels, and in-person conversations to understand their requirements. Coordinate customer enquiries, service requests, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback with the relevant internal teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely updates on service progress. Build positive, long-term customer relationships while addressing concerns courteously and escalating issues when required. Support customer retention activities and help the team achieve service quality and relationship goals. Requirements Suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and follow-up skills. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to remain organized in a busy automobile environment. Basic computer proficiency and comfort with maintaining customer information and reports. Prior exposure to automobile sales, service, dealerships, or customer support will be useful but is not mandatory. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Pallavaram, Chennai, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4-3 LPA.
