About this role
We're looking for a Customer Relations Executive to handle client consultation, document collection, and walk-in support for our Ernakulam branch. This is a client-facing, process-driven role - not a sales position. Key Responsibilities: Handle 10-15 inbound calls daily, providing consultation on attestation, apostille, and related documentation services Collect and verify documents from customers for attestation processing Attend to walk-in clients at the branch - guide them through the process and requirements Coordinate and follow up with the internal processing team to track document status and ensure timely turnaround Keep customers updated on the status of their attestation until completion Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document handovers (CRM/tracker entries) What This Role Is NOT: No cold calling or outbound sales targets Focus is on service delivery and client support, not lead generation Requirements: Good communication skills (Malayalam & English; Hindi/Arabic a plus) Basic computer literacy - comfortable with CRM/Excel-based tracking Prior experience in attestation, visa services, travel desk, or customer support preferred Ability to multitask between calls, walk-ins, and internal coordination Presentable, professional demeanor for front-desk/client interaction
