Responsibilities: Serve as a dependable point of contact for customers and understand their questions, concerns, and service needs. Respond to customer queries through relevant communication channels and provide accurate, timely resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to track issues, follow up on open requests, and ensure closure within agreed timelines. Maintain clear records of customer conversations, feedback, complaints, and resolution status. Identify recurring customer challenges and share actionable insights that can improve processes and satisfaction. Represent the organisation professionally while building positive, long-term customer relationships. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, client coordination, sales support, or a related non-IT function. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a patient and customer-first approach. Good follow-up, organisation, listening, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort using basic digital tools to record information, manage requests, and coordinate with teams. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions responsibly and work effectively in an in-office environment. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Chennai, with an annual compensation range of ₹2.4 LPA to ₹4 LPA.
