Do you want to lead a team which: Will create one of a kind E-Governance Product for Bharat Will create a product which will impact day to day transactions of millions, for one of the largest states in India Will be closely interacting with top brass bureaucrats of the state and top decision-makers in the government Will lay the foundation for an innovative ML-AI-driven startup in the finance and legal world If Yes, then you've come to the right place. We are looking for a passionate entrepreneur having strong expertise in Java and Oracle stack to join us as CTO and build our foundation product. Requirements: You need to have the following functional and technical skillsets and a minimum work ex of 7+ years - Skillsets - Strong development experience in microservices architecture in a highly distributed environment with web services, JBoss EAP, Spring Boot, Hibernate and SOA Experience with Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Cloud Proven track record with rapid development cycles and demanding schedules High proficiency with development tools and workflows (Junit, Git, continuous workflow, etc.), Log4J, SSO (single sign-on implementation) Good knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular or React Responsibilities of the Candidate: Own the technological vision and ensure the successful launch of the product within tight deadlines Drive innovation in full-stack product development, while improving performance and scalability Ensure versatility, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards Compensation: Kindly share your Expected CTC with Equity Expected CTC without Equity
