About the Company TC Mantech Solutions is hiring a Credit Card Sales Executive to join its sales team in Bangalore. Responsibilities Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers through calls, referrals, field visits, and other permitted sales channels. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, offers, and application requirements clearly. Generate and follow up on leads, guide interested customers through the application process, and support timely document collection. Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting. Build positive customer relationships and provide appropriate assistance throughout the onboarding journey. Requirements Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Strong communication, customer handling, convincing, and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of sales and customer service, along with the ability to work in a target-driven environment. A positive attitude, self-motivation, attention to documentation accuracy, and willingness to learn are important. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month, with attractive performance-based incentives as applicable under company norms. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore.
