Responsibilities Identify, research, and build relationships with travel creators across relevant platforms and audience segments. Support creator onboarding, campaign coordination, briefing, and communication from initial outreach through completion. Develop partnership proposals and coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and performance updates. Work with internal marketing and business teams to align creator initiatives with brand and growth objectives. Track campaign metrics, maintain accurate partnership records, and share actionable insights to improve future collaborations. Stay informed about creator trends, emerging platforms, and developments in the travel and digital marketing ecosystem. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, social media, community management, or a related area. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple creator conversations and campaign tasks with attention to detail. Comfort with spreadsheets, campaign tracking, and interpreting basic performance metrics. A genuine interest in travel, digital communities, and the evolving creator economy. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. This full-time opportunity is based in Bangalore and offers an annual compensation range of ₹6,00,000-₹10,00,000. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to create high-quality creator partnerships that strengthen GetSetYo's presence in the travel-tech market.
