Responsibilities Conduct personalized one-on-one and group counseling sessions to evaluate students' academic backgrounds and career goals. Interact with walk-in candidates, inbound telephone inquiries, and digital leads to explain IT course curriculums and placement pathways. Drive course enrollments and guide candidates through registration and batch onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date interaction logs and enrollment pipelines using CRM software. Coordinate closely with training and placement teams to support learners from enrollment to final placement. Stay abreast of software industry trends, tech job roles, and competitive offerings. Requirements 0 to 3 years of experience in educational counseling, inside sales, academic advising, or student relations. Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc CS, BCA, or equivalent preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and relationship management capabilities. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and ed-tech platforms.
