Corporate Sales Executive - Field Sales at Smaaash Entertainment

About the Company Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive - Field Sales to drive corporate revenue through active field selling, corporate partnerships, and relationship management. You will target HR, Admin, and corporate decision-makers to promote corporate events, employee engagement programs, group bookings, and business solutions. This is a target-driven role with regular client visits and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities Generate corporate business opportunities through proactive field sales and client acquisition. Build and maintain relationships with HR, Admin, and corporate decision-makers. Promote corporate events, employee engagement programs, group bookings, and customized business solutions. Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets consistently. Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and support commercial negotiations. Coordinate across operations, events, and delivery teams for successful execution and client satisfaction. Manage CRM entries, maintain pipeline, and follow up to closure. Provide regular reports and updates to sales leadership. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Hotel Sales / Banquet Sales / Hospitality Sales / F&B Sales. Proven track record in field sales and revenue generation. Experience managing corporate accounts and acquiring new clients. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with regular client visits and working in a target-driven environment. Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days preferred. Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu. Preferred Industry Background: Hotel Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality Sales, F&B Sales, Family Entertainment Center (FEC) Sales.
