About this role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content for a variety of automotive-technology-related projects. You will work closely with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of audiences. Responsibilities of the Intern: Define the content strategy and manage the messaging and content pipeline across various channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, blog and news posts, website product pages, CRM/sales pipeline, etc.) Research and write high-quality technical content on automotive embedded software including white papers, blog posts, FAQs, video scripts, email templates, and social media posts Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into content as per the channel and audience Develop a strong understanding of the automotive technology industry through meticulous research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure content meets business and customer needs Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology 1+ years of experience writing technical content for embedded software and technology clients Understanding of embedded software, computer network, and cloud computing concepts Excellent research, data analysis, and writing skills, with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Proficiency with Microsoft Office Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, Hubspot and WordPress CMS will be a plus This is primarily a virtual role, which may require travel
