Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to create, manage, and optimize content for customer websites, product catalogs, business profiles, and digital platforms. The role requires working closely with a portfolio of approximately 150 customers , understanding their business requirements, and delivering high-quality, SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) friendly content. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of up to 150 customer accounts for content-related requirements. Create and maintain content for websites, business profiles, product pages, service pages, catalogs, and marketing materials. Research customer businesses, products, competitors, and industry trends. Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content tailored to customer needs. Develop SEO-friendly and AEO-friendly content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer engines. Create FAQs, knowledge base articles, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. Coordinate with Customer Success, Design, and Product teams for timely content delivery. Handle customer feedback, revisions, and content updates. Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain content quality and productivity targets while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Required Skills Excellent written English with strong grammar and proofreading skills. Strong research and content structuring abilities and use AI Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword optimization. Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-search content best practices is preferred. Ability to manage a high volume of customer accounts and deadlines. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
