Wecofy is hiring for Content Distribution & Social Media Manager About the Company Wecofy is seeking a highly organized Content Distribution & Social Media Manager to spearhead the distribution of short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts for various international creator brands. This role is pivotal in growing and maintaining client accounts through strategic publishing, community engagement, account warm-up, performance tracking, and day-to-day social media operations. You will collaborate closely with our Video Editor and Client Success team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all platforms. Responsibilities Content Distribution: Publish and schedule videos across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Maintain daily publishing schedules without delays. Optimize publishing times based on audience activity. Ensure platform-specific formatting before publishing. Organize and manage content libraries. Content Optimization: Write engaging captions optimized for each platform. Research and implement relevant hashtags. Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and metadata. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices. Community Management: Perform daily account warm-up and engagement activities, dedicating approximately 30 minutes of strategic engagement per platform group. Reply to comments and direct messages professionally. Engage with relevant creators, communities, and audiences. Monitor notifications and interactions throughout the day. Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance across all platforms, monitoring views, reach, engagement, retention, follower growth, and other key metrics. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements. Collaboration: Coordinate with the Video Editor to ensure content is delivered and published on time. Follow internal SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
