What We're Looking For: We are looking for a creative, high-energy Content Creator & Social Media Executive who lives on Instagram and YouTube, knows how to make content that stops the scroll, and is completely fluent with GenAI tools to speed up content creation. You will work closely with our Performance Marketing team to feed the ad funnel with winning creatives while scaling our organic community presence. What You'll Do: Ad & Organic Creative Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-converting short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) for both paid ad scaling and organic social feeds. AI-Assisted Workflow: Leverage GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, etc.) to rapidly ideate, script, voiceover, and iterate on video hooks and static ad variations. Influencer Marketing: Identify, outreach, and manage micro-influencers and creators for barter/paid collaborations, coordinating product seeding and tracking content output. Organic Social Media Management: Own the content calendar across our handles-posting consistently, writing engaging captions, responding to community comments, and driving brand affinity. Performance Feedback Loop: Partner directly with our Performance Marketer to analyze which creative hooks, angles, and formats are driving the best ROAS, and double down on them.
