About this role

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Be the on-camera face: present and shoot engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) as the primary face and voice of the brand. 2. Storytelling and video editing: script, record, and edit high-quality videos using clear narrative hooks, dynamic transitions, clean audio, and engaging captions/overlays. 3. Content ideation and strategy: brainstorm, research, and pitch fresh, creative reel concepts tailored to sports culture, behind-the-scenes manufacturing, product showcases, and viral trends. 4. Consistent deliverables: produce and deliver 15 polished reels per month, scheduled every alternate day. 5. Audience engagement and performance tracking: monitor trend performance, analyze reach and engagement metrics, and iterate on formats to scale organic reach. Prior experience in content creation or video editing, with a ready-to-share portfolio, active social handle, or sample reels demonstrating past on-camera and editing work. • 4.
