The company is looking for a Content Creator to help shape and grow its presence across digital platforms. Role Overview: As a Content Creator at Karrot Cosmetics, you will plan, produce, and publish photo and video content that brings the brand's products and story to life. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content that supports brand growth. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms, including reels, tutorials, and product demonstrations. Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule. Write captions, scripts, and copy aligned with the brand's tone and voice. Research beauty and social media trends and adapt them into engaging content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and product launches. Coordinate with influencers, makeup artists, and models for content creation. Manage day-to-day content production, including props, lighting, and shoot logistics. Review content performance metrics and optimize content strategies. Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats. Requirements: Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant creative work. Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent during shoots. Interest in beauty, skincare, and current digital trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience applying makeup for photo or video content. Experience working with influencers or user-generated content
