About this role
Responsibility: Review and manage the Buyout Tracker and follow up with responsible parties . Oversee and update the Submittal Tracker to ensure timely submissions and approvals . Maintain the Email Tracker for project communications and outstanding action items . Keep Lookahead Schedules accurate and up to date . Maintain Checklist and Verificati on Trackers for project compliance . Distribute meeting minutes promptly and ensure assigned tasks are followed through . Manage the Deadline Tracker and ensure accountability across the team . Serve as a Reviewer for all project documentation, verifying accuracy and completeness before submission . Assist with bidding processe s, including coordinating subcontractor outreach, collecting proposals, and preparing bid comparisons . Requirements: Educational background in Management, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field . Strong understanding of construction project workflows, bidding processes, and documentation procedures . Proficiency in using project management and construction tracking tools (specific platform experience not required) . Exceptional organizational and time management skills . Strong written and verbal English communication skills . Ability to work independently and ensure accountability in a remote team environment . Familiarity with buyout processes, submittal workflows, and lookahead schedules is preferred . Experience with construction bidding and estimating software is preferred . Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or discrepancies in project deliverables . Keen interest in AI-driven tools and automation solutions is preferred . Candidates must be based in Vadodara or surrounding locations . Office Time: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Work from Office) .
