Role Overview The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, coordination and delivery of civil development and construction projects , including residential/ dormitory and other site development projects. The role requires strong hands-on experience across civil construction, structural works, architectural finishes, infrastructure development, quality, safety, statutory approvals . This engineer will act as the key technical and execution interface between the Owner, Design Consultants, PMC, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Government Authorities and other project stakeholders , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of civil residential/industrial development projects from design review through construction, commissioning, handover and close-out . Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones, manpower, equipment and resource requirements. Coordinate multiple contractors and subcontractors for timely execution. Monitor progress against approved project schedules and establish recovery plans for delays. Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews and coordination meetings. Identify construction risks, constraints and interfaces and drive timely resolution. Manage construction activities including earthwork, excavation, foundations, RCC, structural steel, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, roads, drainage and external development .
