Tata Power is hiring a Company Secretary! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Assisting in ensuring compliance with applicable stock exchange regulations, SEBI guidelines and listing requirements. Supporting the team in handling company law compliances and monitoring statutory requirements. Assisting in maintaining and updating statutory registers and records as prescribed under applicable laws. Assisting in preparation of agenda notes, notices and minutes for Board and Committee meetings. Supporting the compilation and collation of data and information required for preparation of the Annual Report. Assisting in preparation and timely filing of statutory e-forms and returns with regulatory authorities. Assisting in addressing shareholder queries and providing timely support for shareholder-related matters. Supporting the review and vetting of legal and secretarial documents for subsidiaries and providing assistance on routine advisory matters. Assisting in maintaining compliance trackers, records and documentation for various statutory and regulatory compliances. Coordinating with internal teams, subsidiaries, RTA and other stakeholders for routine secretarial and compliance-related activities. Requirements: Preference may be given to candidates having a strong academic background, with first preference to candidates holding an AIR (All India Rank). Qualification: Minimum 60% throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation. Minimum CS Executive level should be completed. Other Details: Location: Mumbai Duration: 21 Months Start Date: Immediate
