Community Manager at Colive

About the Role As a Community Manager, you'll live on-site at a Colive property, sharing space with 50-100 residents. You'll be the heart of the community-guiding residents from walk-in to move-in, listening to their needs, organizing weekend events, capturing UGC, and ensuring every day feels like a 6-star experience. Responsibilities: Live on-site at a Colive property and foster a vibrant resident community. Encourage residents to lead a responsible and fulfilling lifestyle. Manage daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Build strong relationships with residents, address concerns, and escalate support issues when required. Host weekly community events and drive resident engagement. Convert walk-ins into paid move-ins. Handle lease administration, compliance, and rent collection. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, Psychology, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong community-building and relationship management skills. Own a two-wheeler (preferred) for mobility between properties.
