Community Management Internship at Engineer's Cradle

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our online and offline communities. The role involves engaging with our audience, organizing community-driven initiatives, and being the voice of the brand across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members Manage and engage communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram Plan and execute community events, webinars, and discussions Respond to queries, feedback, and comments promptly and professionally Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align communication strategies Create and curate content to keep the community informed and engaged Track community growth, feedback, and sentiment; provide insights for improvement Identify and engage with brand advocates and ambassadors Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong engagement and relationship-building abilities Ability to organize and moderate events and discussions Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation Creative, empathetic, and proactive approach to community building Basic knowledge of analytics tools is a plus Prior experience in community management or campus ambassador programs is a bonus Perks: Internship Certificate / Letter of Recommendation Real-world learning in a fast-growing startup ecosystem
