Responsibilities Identify, survey, and evaluate retail and commercial properties in assigned territories. Conduct regular field visits, site inspections, and on-ground market research. Collect and maintain accurate information on rental values, sales potential, footfall patterns, surrounding businesses, accessibility, and other location metrics. Capture site photographs and prepare clear property records for internal review. Build productive relationships with landlords, property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams and brand representatives to understand site requirements and share suitable leasing opportunities. Track property updates, follow up on opportunities, and keep market data current. Requirements Experience: Candidates with relevant field research, sales, business development, or real estate exposure are welcome. Strong local market awareness and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Proactive, street-smart, observant, and confident in communicating with landlords and business stakeholders. Ability to gather details accurately, use basic digital tools for documentation, and maintain organized records. A practical understanding of retail locations, commercial properties, rental markets, or customer footfall will be advantageous. Good negotiation, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities. This is a full-time, in-office field role based in Delhi, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
