Roles: Cold Email & Lead Generation Specialist Outbound Growth Specialist Appointment Setter Responsibilities: Build and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools Source and enrich prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other databases Set up and manage domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email warming processes Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, reply rates, and campaign performance Qualify positive replies and book meetings for the sales team Maintain CRM records and outreach reporting Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization Requirements: Minimum 1+ year experience in cold email, lead generation, or outbound sales Hands-on experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms Strong understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation Experience building prospect lists and enrichment workflows Familiarity with US and UK B2B outreach campaigns Strong written English communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of results Proven track record of generating qualified leads or booked meetings Skills Required (Add these instead of Sales Management): Cold Email Lead Generation Instantly Smartlead Apollo Clay Email Marketing Sales Prospecting Appointment Setting CRM
