Coach Experience Associate at Spolto

About the Role: Every great sports experience begins with a great coach. At Spolto, coaches are at the heart of everything we build. Our mission is to help one million Indians become more active through structured sports by building India's most trusted and best-supported network of coaches. As a Coach Experience Associate, you will own the coach journey end-to-end, from onboarding to supporting coaches throughout the sessions they deliver. You will help build a reliable, high-quality coaching network that powers exceptional sports experiences across Pune and Mumbai. Responsibilities: Manage the complete coach onboarding process, including screening, documentation, verification, and orientation. Ensure every coach understands Spolto's standards, systems, and member experience expectations. Reduce onboarding turnaround time so coaches become session-ready quickly. Deliver structured training on session quality, member engagement, safety protocols, and coaching frameworks. Develop and improve training materials based on ongoing learning and feedback. Identify skill gaps and create development plans to help coaches grow. Coordinate with the operations team to deploy coaches to the right venues, programmes, and member requirements. Ensure sessions begin on time by managing scheduling, backups, and coach availability. Monitor coach utilization and readiness to ensure supply meets demand. Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches and resolve their queries promptly. Track coach performance against quality standards and address performance concerns proactively. Collaborate with Customer Success and Growth teams to incorporate member feedback into coach development. Represent the coach community within Spolto to continuously improve the coach experience. Requirements: Based in Pune and comfortable travelling within the city.
