Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage clinical research studies in accordance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation and submission of study-related documents to ethics committees and regulatory authorities. Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, ensuring informed consent is properly obtained. Collect, record, and maintain accurate and complete study data, source documents, and case report forms (CRFs). Monitor participant safety and report adverse events promptly. Schedule and conduct study visits, assessments, and follow-ups. Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and other study personnel to ensure smooth study operations. Maintain study files and documentation in an organized and audit-ready manner. Assist with data query resolution and ensure data integrity. Participate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in clinical research. Strong understanding of clinical research principles, GCP, and regulatory guidelines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in data collection and documentation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical trial processes.
