Responsibilities of the Candidate: Client servicing - Dealing and managing social media clients, managing clients' social media handles. Management and monitorship of the social media department of the company. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems. Coordinate with clients, marketers, content and designing team on daily basis. Managing communication between clients, marketers, content and design team. Taking care of social media posts and operations. Making social media reports and sharing the same with the client. Required: Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player, high service orientation, general business knowledge, have basic communication sense and design sense. Educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree Minimum experience - 6-12 months Note: Location - New Delhi, Delhi Commencing date - Immediately Working days - Monday to Friday Working hours - Full time (10 AM -7 PM) Salary - INR 20k -25k (In Hand)
