About this role
Duties and responsibilities; Process Invoices accurately and on time. Follow up with internal team for documents and information. Manage client emails and correspondence. Maintain accurate client records and databases. Coordinate document collection and signing. Track outstanding documents and follow-ups. Update client information in relevant systems. Maintain organised records and filing. Support internal teams with administrative tasks. Maintain accurate timesheets and records. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Graduate / Masters in any field. Communication: Clear voice modulation, active listening, and fluency in local languages or English. Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Soft Skills: Polite demeanor, time management, and strong organizational skills.
