Role Description The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) serves as the primary liaison between our U.S.-based clients and our internal tax preparation team. In this role, you will guide clients through the entire U.S. tax filing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience. You will be responsible for onboarding, collecting U.S. tax documents, providing proactive status updates, and addressing general client inquiries. By managing the client relationship, you allow our tax professionals to focus entirely on accurate tax preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a career in international taxation and client relations. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Communication Act as the first point of contact for new and returning clients initiating their U.S. tax return process. Clearly explain the tax preparation workflow, timelines, and firm requirements to clients. Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and client portals with high professionalism, aligning with U.S. business etiquette. 2. Document & Information Management Send secure document requests and follow up with clients to ensure all necessary U.S. tax forms (e.g., W-2s, 1099s) are submitted on time. Perform initial reviews of submitted documents to ensure completeness before handing them off to the tax preparation team. Assist clients who are struggling to use secure tax portals to upload their financial documents. 3. Workflow
