Responsibilities: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and regular communication. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely progress. Maintain accurate records, data, and required documentation. Provide timely updates and resolve routine communication requirements professionally. Support the organisation's social-impact initiatives through dependable coordination and follow-through. Work in a fixed day shift for six days a week and remain comfortable in a client-facing role. Requirements: Female candidates preferred for this opportunity. Good Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
