About the Company: Indian Green Steel Supply Chain Solutions is a dynamic, women-owned startup operating in the heavy structural steel supply chain. We deal in major brands like Jindal, Rathi, and Rungta. As we scale our operations and transition toward green steel initiatives, we are building a high-energy core team at our Ghaziabad facility. About the Role: We are looking for a smart, energetic fresher or early-career professional to take charge of our Inside Sales and Sales Coordination. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong negotiation skills, and want to learn how real B2B supply chains work, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Engage with civil contractors, structural fabricators, and stockists through phone calls. Handle daily rate inquiries for bulk steel orders, including TMT, MS Channels, and Beams, and prepare formal quotations. Coordinate between field sales managers and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and lead management. Maintain digital records of customer interactions, quotations, and closed orders using tools such as Zoho and Tally. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client follow-ups simultaneously. Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
