Role Description The Client Engagement & Social Media Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. In this position, the intern will interact with clients and participants, support event and session coordination, and help maintain positive relationships through timely communication and follow-ups. The intern will assist in managing social media channels by drafting posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics to improve online presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering feedback on client and participant experiences, addressing basic inquiries, and escalating concerns when needed to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The intern will also collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
