Responsibilities Manage front office operations efficiently, including greeting clients and visitors. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, performing telecalling duties as required. Maintain and manage the chairperson's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in telecalling and managing schedules. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in an in-office setting in Ahmedabad.
