House Construct is hiring a Civil Engineer! Responsibilities Supervise daily civil construction activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor manpower, materials, measurements, productivity, workmanship, and site readiness. Review drawings and technical requirements, identify execution issues, and report delays or deviations. Maintain progress reports, inspection records, measurements, and other site documentation. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and housekeeping standards. Requirements 1-5 years of experience in civil construction site engineering. Diploma or degree-level knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices. Ability to interpret drawings, coordinate execution, and monitor work against project plans. Good communication, supervision, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Availability to work full-time from the Nagarbhavi, Bangalore site.
