Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and chat support platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
