Ltd.) Payment Terms: 30-45 days from the date of invoice Job Summary The Case Worker (Immigration Analyst) will support the preparation, processing, and management of immigration cases. The role requires immigration experience , strong documentation skills, attention to detail, case management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and support immigration cases and related documentation. Prepare, draft, review, and maintain immigration forms, petitions, letters, and supporting documents. Review case documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Enter and maintain accurate case information in immigration case management systems. Monitor case status, identify pending requirements, and follow up on outstanding documentation and information. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders on case-related requirements and routine queries. Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines, quality standards, and internal procedures. Maintain accurate case records and documentation throughout the case lifecycle. Handle confidential client and immigration information with discretion. Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as required.
