About Us: EdLightened provides micro-learning courses through Zoom. This is instructor-led and we focus on 8-10 hour courses to help students and working professionals bridge the gap between academia and industry so that they can succeed. The knowledge can be anything related to management and analytics. For example, a group of students might be seeking a class on Financial Modelling whereas another group might want to do Digital Transformation. Our mission is to make "Learning on Demand' available to all students. They have an internship on their resume. They are capable and motivated but very few have experience managing a business and delivering business impact. Our programme fills this gap in your resume. Those who go through this programme typically receive a higher CTC from employers during campus placement. Students have Profit and Loss responsibility which helps them learn how to grow and manage a business. This is a valuable experience for roles in Marketing, Management Consulting, HR, Operations and Finance. There are three focus areas: Expansion of existing product lines Financial Portfolio Management Build a product from scratch Eligibility: Anyone who has the capability to think and execute on delivering business results. This is an internship where you work from home on a part-time basis and recieve guidance from our managers. Duration: Typically, 3 to 6 months (flexible) with about 3-4 hours per week of work.
