You will spend most of your working day in the market, not in an office, and you will start in a Tier 3 town or city rather than a metro. You will be in the market on roughly 20 to 25 days a month, visiting dealers, distributors and retail outlets. A typical day starts in the market by mid-morning and involves visiting 12 to 20 outlets on a fixed beat plan, mostly on a two-wheeler and on foot. You will be placed in a Tier 3 town or city where we have business - not a metro, and not necessarily your home state. This holds for your initial period. Larger territories in Tier 2 cities come later, for those identified as high potential. Saturdays are working days. Market holidays vary by region and may not match a standard weekend. This is not a desk role, a marketing role or an analytics role. Reporting and system entries are part of the job, but they happen around market working, not instead of it.
