The Nbyula Campus Entrepreneur in Residence offers college students hone their entrepreneurial skills while studying in a college. The program allows Entrepreneurs in Residence to build and run a mini-startup ecosystem on the Nbyula platform and earn handsome rewards and incentives. The entrepreneurs get a real-life experience of what it takes to strategise, build and run a successful entrepreneurial venture. Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations: Ideate and implement strategies to popularize Nbyula offerings, by evangelizing international study/work abroad programs. Collaborate with college clubs, societies, event committees and communities to promote Nbyula offerings in the most optimal fashion possible. Run intra/inter-campus campaigns to acquire engaged users. Initiate collaborations in different inter/intra collegiate events. Pitch college officials and administration to forge formal collaborations/MoUs with Nbyula. Leverage Digital Media & Marketing tools and strategies like Social media promotions, content creation & distribution of the platform and skylifts. Research the market, competitors and different business models. Collect feedback from students for the brand's offerings and the platform's user interface, and report it. Network with current/prospective EiRoCs intra/inter-campus, international alumni & professionals to leverage network effects. Attend weekly discussions, reviews and feedback sessions. Deliver any tasks/deliverables assigned to you. Articulate learnings and insights into articles, infographics & presentations. Qualify and quantify performance indicators, and use
