Role Title: Campus Engagement Coordinator for GogoPogo's 'The Breakeven Challenge' Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with placement cell and relevant clubs, and committees: Identify and connect with placement cell and relevant clubs, and committees. Develop and implement campus engagement strategies, including promotion in social media groups Cultivate relationships with faculty and placement coordinators to identify potential candidates. Source and attract top talent: Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract top talent from universities and colleges. Manage the onboarding process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring recommendations. Build a strong pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates for future positions. Promote GogoPogo as an employer of choice: Develop and deliver presentations and workshops about GogoPogo and its student engagement program (optional). Manage GogoPogo's online presence on university and college job boards and social media platforms. Participate in campus events and activities to enhance GogoPogo's employer brand. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with various clubs, committees, and students. Strong organizational and time management skills. Perks: Certificate of Completion. Letter of Recommendation. Flexible Hours.
