MyAnalyticsSchool (MAS) is a leading platform dedicated to empowering students with resources and tools for placement preparation and professional development. We are excited to launch the MAS Campus Leader program, a 6-month internship exclusively for 3rd/4th/5th year students who are passionate about helping their peers succeed while gaining valuable leadership and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Facilitate Communication Share updates about placement opportunities, resources, and events provided by MAS with your campus community. Organize Events Host workshops, seminars, and networking events to connect students with industry professionals. Resource Development Create and share templates or guides related to placement preparation, resume building, interview tips, etc. Feedback Collection Gather insights from peers about their needs and experiences related to placement preparation and share them with MAS. Promote Engagement Actively promote MAS programs through college-specific channels like newsletters, bulletin boards, WhatsApp groups, and social media platforms. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities with prior experience in organizing events or managing student groups (preferred but not mandatory). A passion for helping peers succeed in their placement journey. The ability to dedicate 4-5 hours per week to fulfill responsibilities effectively. Personalized mentoring sessions with IIT alumni and industry professionals. Access to additional MAS courses, test series, and exclusive events, & goodies/resources. Build connections with industry leaders, professionals, and peers across colleges. Top performers may receive an opportunity to join the MAS team post-program.
