Roles As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the official representative and the primary point of contact for E-Cell IIT BHU's E-Summit'26 at your college. You are the catalyst who will spark interest and drive participation for this grand event within your student community. Responsibilities Promotion and Outreach: Actively promoting the E-Summit within your college network through word-of-mouth, social media channels, and campus groups. Content Dissemination: Sharing our official promotional content (posters, videos, event details) across your social media handles and relevant college forums. Campus Awareness Creation: Employing creative strategies to generate maximum awareness for the event on your campus. Feedback and Reporting: Providing regular updates on your promotional activities and the level of interest generated among your peers. Requirements A Social Connector: Well-connected and respected within your college community, with a strong network of friends and acquaintances. An Effective Communicator: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively persuade and motivate others. Self-Motivated: Enthusiastic and proactive, requiring minimal supervision to drive results. Responsible: Reliable and able to represent the prestigious brand of E-Cell IIT BHU with integrity. Passionate about Entrepreneurship: An interest in startups, business, and innovation is a plus! Eligibility: Year : Open to students of all years. College Affiliations : Applicants should be current students with good standing in their institution. Rules and Regulations: Commitment : All Campus Ambassadors are expected to commit for the full program duration. Code of Conduct : Ambassadors should uphold professionalism and maintain a positive image for our E-Cell on their campus.
