Job Summary CloudUnicorn Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Associate - Inside Sales with good communication skills and basic knowledge of IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, and sales support. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels Make outbound calls and identify potential customers Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions Schedule meetings and product demos with the sales/technical team Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline Update lead and customer information in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs Required Knowledge Basic knowledge of IT and Networking Basic knowledge of Sophos and Fortinet is preferred Understanding of Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Email Security, VPN, and common cyber threats Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and IP addressing Willingness to learn new technologies Candidate Requirements 0-1 year of experience; freshers can apply Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or a relevant field Good communication and convincing skills Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets Basic computer and CRM knowledge CCNA, Sophos, or Fortinet certifications will be an advantage Career Growth Training and learning opportunities Exposure to IT and Cybersecurity solutions Performance-based career growth Opportunity to progress into Sales and Account Management roles Join CloudUnicorn Build your career in technology sales and cybersecurity while developing your technical and business skills.
