Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for the strategy team such as conducting research, analyzing companies, trendspotting, and helping to shape creative briefs Be a part of designing, iterating, and scaling new investment strategies for our syndicate Assist with the creation of internal and external case studies, briefing documents, proposals, and investment memos Design organizational structures, strategic assets, and operating models to help our ventures drive their own innovation Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines Qualities & Capabilities: Strong desire to learn along, a professional drive Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail & process oriented Able to manage a heavy workload, prioritize well and meet deadlines
