About the Role We are looking for a Telecaller Intern who can communicate confidently with students, professionals, and potential customers. The role involves making calls, understanding requirements, explaining relevant Taiyari24 offerings, following up with prospects, and maintaining regular communication. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Explain Taiyari24 products, services, and opportunities. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication. Maintain call records and update leads in relevant trackers/CRM. Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required. Work towards assigned calling and conversion targets. Skills Required Good verbal communication skills. Confident and professional communication over phone calls. Basic sales and persuasion skills. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle follow-ups consistently. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Who Can Apply? College students pursuing UG/PG programs.
