We are looking for an enthusiastic and Passionate Business Operation Intern to manage end-to-end company operations. About Learn For Cause: Learn For Cause is an initiative to promote open-source software development among the student community. We have been accredited with MSME (Ministry Of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Govt. Of India. We started this initiative with the major aim to promote open source among the community by providing training, guidance, and awareness about the opportunities in the field of software to students & professionals and providing them with the exposure to work into live open source projects thus establishing the remote culture. Our Vision: Learn For Cause is on a mission to turn global software engineering wages into a meritocracy, regardless of where someone is born. Today we are focusing on upskilling India's upcoming software engineers and pairing them with organizations allowing them to contribute to live open-source projects. Mission and Goal: By the end of 2022, Learn For Cause hopes to have reached 1 million students. Our two goals center on literacy and equality in education. Key Responsibilities: Manage, implement, and coordinate operational activities Be responsible for managing end-to-end company operations to ensure the smooth functioning of various departments Synthesize data from multiple sources and revise operations metrics Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving, logical reasoning, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and be resourceful Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, showing initiative and enthusiasm. What can you expect from us? A mentor will be assigned during the course of your internship, who will guide you and help you experience working in an agile and challenging environment.
