Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development and Strategy Specialist to spearhead our in-app advertising initiatives. Responsibilities of the Intern: Identify and secure new business opportunities for in-app advertising Develop bespoke advertising strategies tailored to individual client goals and our app's unique features Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with advertisers Understand the business needs and ad capabilities to create effective proposals that align with client objectives Collaborate with the tech and design teams to integrate advertisements seamlessly into the app experience Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining quality user experience Stay abreast of advertising trends and competitors to ensure innovative ad offerings Prepare regular reports on ad sales performance and market feedback for continuous improvement Ensure legal compliance and ethical advertising standards are met within all in-app campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven business development experience with a focus on digital or in-app advertising Strong understanding of mobile advertising platforms and metrics Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services Ability to position products against competitors Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent verbal and written communication skills Solid experience with CRM software and
