Responsibilities As a Business Development Supervisor, you will lead outreach and contract acquisition initiatives: Monitor, analyze, and evaluate government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs for industrial heating equipment. Discover and pursue high-value private contract opportunities across target industries. Conduct competitive market analysis and strategic research to identify new business avenues. Oversee client interactions, prepare comprehensive proposals, and structure tender documentation. Cultivate long-term client partnerships and guide junior team members within the remote business development function.
