Responsibilities Drive business development and sales conversations with prospective learners, parents, institutions, or other relevant stakeholders. Understand customer needs, explain suitable learning offerings, and move qualified prospects through the sales funnel. Work toward target-based goals while maintaining accurate records of follow-ups, conversations, and outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams to share market feedback and improve outreach and conversion efforts. Participate actively in team reviews, campaign execution, and day-to-day growth activities in a six-day working environment. Requirements At least six months of relevant experience, preferably in edtech, inside sales, business development, or a target-driven customer-facing role. Strong verbal communication, persuasion, listening, and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, resilient, and achievement-oriented approach to meeting goals. Comfort with tracking leads, following up consistently, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. Availability to work from the Jaipur office six days a week on a full-time basis. This is a paid internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, along with uncapped performance incentives. High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO) based on performance, consistency, and business requirements. The internship duration is six months.
