Overview We are looking for young, ambitious and exceptionally articulate individuals, preferably from India's top-tier colleges and universities, to join the Knowella team. This role is ideal for someone who loves talking to people, can build engaging conversations, create curiosity and turn conversations into qualified product demos. You don't need years of sales experience to apply. We welcome freshers, recent graduates and candidates with internship experience who have the right communication skills, confidence and passion for sales. What you'll do: Connect with potential customers through cold calls, email and LinkedIn outreach Start and maintain interesting, natural and engaging conversations with prospects Understand prospect needs and identify relevant business opportunities Create curiosity and interest around Knowella's products and solutions Qualify prospects and book qualified product demos Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers Maintain prospect and activity details in CRM Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion Engage with prospects across North American markets What we're looking for: Top-notch communication skills are our #1 requirement Candidates from top-tier colleges and universities in India are strongly preferred Excellent spoken and written English Confident, articulate and comfortable speaking with new people Ability to have natural, interesting and engaging conversations Strong interest in sales, business development and startups 0-2 years of experience, including internships; freshers and recent graduates are welcome Previous experience in sales, business development, growth, partnerships, marketing or startups will be an advantage, but is not mandatory Location & Working Hours Gurgaon | Work from Office The role involves working with prospects across North American time zones, so candidates should be comfortable working evening/night s
